I came in hoping that I would find a great doctor that would listen and also be able to give insight based on the information that I provided her. I didn’t receive that, the doctor I had was very rude, did not listen and try to understand and help. She did the minimum and didn’t have a willingness to help attitude. What I got was no eye contact, basic information, and attitude from an DR/Specialist. Very unprofessional. While I understand people have bad days, I was taught to leave your problems outside the doors to be able to diligently deliver in your profession. I would not recommend Waldorf women’s care to anyone based on my first time experience. Nice office ,very updated Great receptionist but not worth it if the experience is not excellent as well.

From beginning to end, this was a phenomenal experience. I was so nervous with this being my first visit but the staff made everything so comforting and welcoming for me. I am still amazed as to how happy I was leaving my appointment even after getting a shot. Thank you so much to all of the staff here, I really appreciate you all so much!

The staff is fantastic. Everyone is very nice and caring. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality OB doctor. The best part is you never wait long. I had to go in near Thanksgiving Day and was expecting to wait a while but never had to I was in and out in no time at all.
I had the best experience at Waldorf Women's Care. The office was warm and inviting. I was pleased with the wonderful customer service from my first phone call to schedule, to during my actual visit. Dr. Cooke was patient and attentive, I felt as if she listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. I was extremely satisfied and have already recommended Waldorf Women's Care to many friends and family!
I had such a great experience as a new patient. I did have a slight struggle to find the office location but the sign is big enough to notice it once I hit the corner. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted as I entered the door and was told that to sign in and have a seat. It took maybe 2 minutes to be fully helped. The staff was overly welcoming and helpful when I asked many questions. The nursing team who interviewed me in the patient room was very thorough and took their time. The doctor was extremely nice and took her time with me. She answered my many questions without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this office to all women.
