We had a difficult problem with the A/C in a property we owned, which two other companies (not to be named) could not diagnose. The B&B tech spent several hours troubleshooting and found that the heating element on the furnace was stuck on due to a faulty switch. He replaced two faulty switches and everything is now great. The reason I write is that they would not admit defeat and would not leave until they found and fixed our issue, unlike the other repair companies. Not only that, he charged me for only one hour of labor plus the parts he replaced, when he could have charged significantly more. The office staff is also wonderful, as we needed an itemized list of repairs in order to sell the house. The office adminstrator took the time to type out a clean copy for us. Our experience with B&B was nothing but great, and would recommend them to anyone here in southern Maryland.
