The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the Cajun pasta could have been kicked up a notch.(Spicy) Now, it was good, but it just needed a bit more seasoning and that "Cajun" heat. Otherwise, everything else was really good. This was our second time here and we will definitely be back!!!
I had a great experience while having lunch there with a friend. We were looking for something different with a little more style and class, which is very much lacking in Southern Md. I called ahead and made reservations for 12:30am. This was my first visit and it will not be my last. The service was excellent and the catfish was great! It is so hard to find a restaurant that has carrot cake, and when they said that they had put it back on the menu because it was so in demand; I was elated! That was a smart move on their part. Give the people what they request. The cake was outstanding! My husband and I have reservations on tomorrow, so I hope that they will hold up to all that I have written. We will see!
Nicely decorated. Good atmosphere. Although Two of tables were extremely loud. I had the cheese steak with cheese sauce. Meat was bland..the sauce was bland and drowned everything..the bun was very soggy..the only thing that had any taste was the part of the bun that laid against the pickle. Wife had shrimp..shrimp was good.. again though the coating was very bland. If the shrimp hadn't had the shrimp taste.. there would have been no taste.
My hubby took me there on one of our stand in date night. From beginning to end everything was fabulous. The Server was prompt and attentive, and the food arrived timely and hot. We had the Prime Ribeye Steak and those amazing Crab Cake Entrees. We will have more visits there. We highly recommend this place for any occasion.
Generally not busy at all, tables are immediate. Service was great and food good. It's not the typical menu you get in Waldorf area which is nice, definitely a step above. Meat was slightly over cooked though (couldn't tell seared tuna was tuna). The cod and onion rings however were fantastic. My only far with the restaurant is that it won't last, which would be a shame.
My husband and I walk in and there was a large party already seated. The hostess gave us the option of waiting or ordering from the bar. We decided to go to the bar. We were immediately greeted and handed menus. Our order was taken shortly after. Our meals took no time to come. The food was really good, the portion was great, shimp were great size, and the staff were engaging and very friendly!
